The RPRMA Bylaws call for a subsequent annual meeting if a quorum is not reached at the original meeting. The original meeting on September 14th, 2024, needed a quorum of 46 votes and only 43 were presented at this meeting. The RPRMA Bylaws state 25% of the votes from voting members are needed at the subsequent meeting held on November 9th, 2024. 25 votes were present at the meeting through voting members and proxies. Only 23 were needed. The 2025 Budget is approved and Board Members will remain the same until the 2025 Annual Meeting.
